Two highschool students sue Oregon Governor Kitzhaber and the State of Oregon over climate change. The suit was first thrown out of court, but the judge was savvy enough to allow an appeal, which is the really interesting part of the story. It not goes to the Oregon Supreme Court, and could be headed to federal court once her appeal loses.

Heads up, it’s a local news report. There’s a 15 second commercial, and faux-peppy (well meaning) reporters with caked on makeup. A bit painful, but the story is there.
