Bernie Sanders, Independent Senator from Vermont, argues on the floor that climate change needs to be addressed, now. He appeals to preemptive solutions rather than reactive policy. Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, who I interviewed in 2005, makes an appearance, claiming politicians are working for businesses and not citizens.
