Anonymous asked: two pounds of fried chicken is less expensive than one pound of strawberries, or most fruit for that matter, wft. do you have any commentary on this?
The average price of a one carat diamond is around $7,000. Yet one ton of bituminous coal is about $60. That’s about an 11,500% mark up yet they’re made of the same thing - compressed carbon. You just can’t explain that!
